PLEASE NOTE THE 16 & OVERS WILL BE BEFORE THE 12 TO 15 YEARS. ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE STATED TIME.

 

We will be presenting the prizes at the end of each final, so please stay on the floor and head towards the stage. We will present in reverse order and ask for the dancers to stay in the line up until 1st prize has been given, rather than receiving their prize and walking off.

 

Once 1st place has been presented and the dancer has joined the line up we will thank them and ask them to leave the floor.

 

There is a shimmer wall to one side of the Ballroom so you may want to head there to take pictures.

 

We need to keep the event moving as it is a very busy day, if you could help particularly with the younger ones, in directing where they need to go that would be great.
