1. Join the CDC Zoom system using the link that has been sent to you, or on the website chelmsforddance.com.

2. Once you have joined, you will automatically be placed in the CDC Waiting Room.  The CDC staff will be alerted to your arrival.

3. When the lesson is ready to commence you will be invited into the CDC Zoom System and be greeted by a staff member.  (If no member of staff is available, you may be immediately sent to the “Studio Room” by the system)  The staff member will then transfer you into the correct “studio room” where your teacher will be waiting for you, and the lesson will begin.  There is also a useful timer so you can keep track of the length of your lesson.

4. At the end of your lesson, an alert will show saying that the session will end in 60 seconds.

5. When the booked session ends, the system will either move you back to the member of staff directing the session, or back to the waiting room.  Once there feel free to leave the meeting or end your session.

 

Top Tips

• Please make sure you are in a safe environment with adequate space around you.

• Please also remember that e cannot be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur within your own home.  Whilst our studio insurance is superb – it does not extend that far!

• Sound – there is an option within the audio settings, under “microphone” which says, “adjust volume”.  This is almost always better when unticked.
