Welcome to our self-service Client Booking Portal for private lessons!

If you have requested a new portal login, the login details should now be in your email inbox. Please follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

Managing your lessons online is an easy process.

  • Go to www.chelmsforddance.com and click on the “client login” button on the menu bar towards the top of the screen.

  • Click on the black button marked "access client booking portal".

  • Input your login and password.  When booking online, it is important that lesson is booked in the name of the person who will be receiving the tuition.

  • If this is the first time you have logged in, you will be asked to check the details we hold for you, set a new password, and update.

  • Once in, you will see on the right-hand side any upcoming future appointments listed, with options to print the appointment or export to your own calendar.

  • To book a private lesson, click on the select “service” dropdown towards the left of the screen.

  • Select either a 25-minute or 55-minute private lesson.

  • You will then be presented with an additional option to select a staff member, where you can select your desired teacher.  If you have no preference, leave this set to “no preference” to see all teacher's availability.

  • You will be presented with the calendar where you can click on any white day where there are appointments available. The appointments currently available for those days will then come up on the screen also showing the teacher and the cost.

  • To book an appointment just click the “book it” button and click finalise appointment.

  • The lesson is then booked for you. You should also receive a confirmation email.

 

Please be aware that appointments are only bookable online a maximum of three weeks in advance. If you require lessons further ahead than that, or a regular lesson at the same time every week, please telephone us on (01245) 473355.

Our online system has a limitation: it functions most effectively when each client is registered with a unique email address. Password resets and similar functionalities will not work if multiple clients are linked to the same email address. If you find yourself in this situation, please inform us, and we can bypass the system's constraints by assigning a distinct username to each account. This could prove especially beneficial if there are multiple family members associated with our studio. If you require this adjustment, kindly make use of the "request a login" feature on our website. Alternatively, feel free to contact us via email at info@chelmsforddance.com, specifying your desired new username.
