Trouble resetting your password?

If there is more than one client with the same email address (this sometimes happens when a new client books for themself and another person, and uses the same email address for both), the system will understandably not be able to send a password reset to you, as it will not know which client to apply this to.

If this is the case, let us know so we can allocate a different email address to your account (or your other family member or dance partner) so the system can operate normally.

If another email address is not available or appropriate, for example if family members share an email address, password resets may not work. We can however give each person a separate username.  Please call us if this is required.
