Meet Olivia Purcell – Carrying on a Proud CDC Family Legacy
We are delighted to shine a spotlight on Olivia Purcell, who has officially joined the teaching team at Chelmsford Dance Centre as a fully-fledged Teaching Assistant.
Olivia’s journey with CDC is one steeped in tradition. She is, in fact, the third generation of her family to be part of our school – following in the dance steps of her Nan and late Grandad, her mum and aunt, and even her own sister. Dance truly runs in the family, and we are proud to have played a part in nurturing such a rich legacy.
From a young age, Olivia has grown up in our studios, learning, performing, and giving back. She began as one of our enthusiastic class helpers, progressed to the role of Senior Cadet, and has now earned her place as a trusted Teaching Assistant. Her dedication, reliability, and warm rapport with students make her a wonderful asset to our team.
Olivia is now available for private lessons in Ballroom and Latin American dancing up to and including Bronze level. Whether you're just starting out or polishing your technique, Olivia brings patience, energy, and a wealth of knowledge to every session. In addition to her Ballroom and Latin expertise, she is also highly experienced in other dance styles, including ballet, adding an extra dimension to her teaching approach.
