How to Book and Manage Your Lessons

We are thrilled that you have chosen us to help create your unforgettable first dance. Your account has been credited with either 6 x 25-minute lessons or 10 x 25-minute lessons, depending on your purchase.

To book your lessons, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit www.chelmsforddance.com/bookings & Click where it says "Access Client Booking Portal"
2. Your username is your email address.
3. Your initial password is set as “password.” For security reasons, the system will prompt you to change it upon your first log-in.

When booking, please note that you should look for teachers with a lesson price of no more than £23.00. If you prefer the advanced skills of our more experienced instructors, you can book them, but this may result in fewer lessons or the need to top up your package.

Music Assistance:
If you’ve already chosen your music, please email it to us at info@chelmsforddance.com. We can add it to our system, ensuring it's ready for your lesson. If you need help selecting the perfect song, we’re happy to assist you. Additionally, we offer music editing services to tailor the length of the track to fit your dance perfectly.

Practice Time:
To help you feel confident and prepared, we also offer the opportunity to hire practice time so you can rehearse what you’ve learned in a comfortable and supportive environment.
