Our principal Phil Meacham is one of the country’s foremost and respected trainers of Professional Qualifications to help people become, and develop skills as a professional dance teacher. In fact, many of Phil’s students have achieved their qualifications and gone on to run their own schools both locally, nationally and abroad.

 

Training in Professional Qualifications is undertaken by Phil personally, and is unique in providing both the skill set and information required to qualify with any or all of the three main and most respected societies and associations and societies, namely the National Association of Teachers of Dancing, the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and the International Dance Teachers Association but also a deep and intimate understanding of how the technique translates to teaching people from beginner standard and implementing good strong basic foundations that ensure that both the pupil and the teacher get the very best achievements.

 

Phil is himself a respected examiner of the NATD and International Adjudicator, and as such knows exactly what is needed to achieve the highest standard of qualification, and more importantly how to impart that knowledge to create a high standard of dancing.

In addition, Phil also continues to mentor and develop other dance school principals both (local, National and internationally) using his vast technical and practical knowledge to ensure they also get the very best results from their pupils.
