With over 24 years of dance experience, Trish Rose brings passion, personality, and a wealth of competitive knowledge to every lesson she teaches. Beginning her dance journey at just seven years old, Trish has grown into a highly respected competitive dancer, performing both across the UK and internationally, and competing in almost every major style and event imaginable within the Ballroom and Latin world.

Interestingly, Trish’s journey into Ballroom and Latin dancing happened entirely by accident. Originally training in Hip Hop and Street Dance, one memorable mix-up saw her father accidentally take her to a Ballroom and Latin class at her dance school in Westcliff instead. One lesson was all it took — she fell in love with the discipline, elegance, and excitement of Ballroom and Latin dancing, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Throughout her competitive career, Trish completed all of her dance examinations and successfully competed at a high level for many years. She has also enjoyed competing on the Pro-Am circuit, gaining invaluable experience working closely with professional dancers and performing in prestigious events.

Now entering an exciting new chapter, Trish has chosen to swap the competition floor for life as a professional dance teacher. Enthusiastic, approachable, and incredibly passionate about dance, she is dedicated to passing on the knowledge, technique, and experience she has gained throughout her remarkable career.

Currently training towards her professional teaching qualifications at the Chelmsford Dance Centre, Trish is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the teaching team and is looking forward to making dance teaching her full-time career in the near future.

Trish is currently available for private lessons on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and would be delighted to help dancers of all ages and abilities grow in confidence, improve their technique, and most importantly, enjoy their dancing journey.
