Each video shows the steps to music, analyses each person’s steps from two separate angles, and adds on the information required to give the dance and steps flare.

Each video may be accessed for up to 72 hours to help you achieve and practice each figure.

More videos are being uploaded regularly from our Strictly Come Dancing for Beginners Stage 1 right through to Gold, as well as in-depth technical instruction videos which help to get even beginners on the right track dance-wise in the early days.
